Christine received her Bachelor's in Kinesiology, specializing in Athletic Training, from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2002. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletics Trainer Association (NATA).  Christine also obtained her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2006. Christine is a Certified Personal Trainer through both the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  As she has focused on injury prevention and management in her practice, Christine has also obtained the Corrective Exercise Specialist designation from NASM.


Christine has worked with many different populations in achieving their goals, including weight loss, strength, flexibility and balance improvement, muscle balancing, core and injury prevention.  She specializes in working with various athletic groups from triathletes to dancers. 


Her training philosophy is to achieve each client's unique goals through by promoting strength, balance, core and flexibility and weight loss through the education of her clients, biomechanical and functional analysis, individualized client programs, hard work and fun!


Christine is a former Chicago Luvabull and completed her first Ironman in 2009 - her first triathlon season! Christine is planning on attending and completing the Level 1 USAT Coaching Clinic and becoming a Level 1 Coach this fall and is excited to be part of Break Through Multisport.
