These cycling training plans are designed to get you ready to for any time of the year utilizing Heart Rate Zones and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)! All cycling plans can be customized to add correct power training zones, to fit your specific needs, strengths, weaknesses, time and personal constraints!

Criterium Racing-


      Beginner/Intermediate Level ($25 per 4 weeks)-

       This plan is developed for the Cat 5 or Cat 4 riders (Beginners to

        Intermediate experience levels). Each plan is sold in four week

        increments in which the first three weeks build with the fourth week

        as a recovery week. Each week consists of 4-5 cycling workouts per

        week, two strength training sessions and three core strengthening

        sessions per week. There are five phases of training available- pre-

        season, base, build, peak and racing.       






      Intermediate/Advance Level ($30 per 4 weeks)-

       This plan is developed for Cat 1-3 riders (Intermediate to

        Expert experience levels). Each plan is sold in four week

        increments in which the first three weeks build with the fourth week

        as a recovery week. Each week consists of 5-7 cycling workouts per

        week, two strength training sessions and three core strengthening

        sessions per week. There are five phases of training available- pre-

        season, base, build, peak and racing.







Road Racing-
