Time Trial Racing-
Beginner/Intermediate Level ($25 per 4 weeks)-
This plan is developed for the beginner to intermediate experienced
riders riders (Cat 4 or 5 equivalent). Each plan is sold in four week
increments in which the first three weeks build with the fourth week
as a recovery week. Each week consists of 4-5 cycling workouts per
week, two strength training sessions and three core strengthening
sessions per week. There are five phases of training available- pre-
season, base, build, peak and racing.
Intermediate/Advance Level ($30 per 4 weeks)-
This plan is developed for the beginner to intermediate experienced
riders riders (Cat 1,2 or 3 equivalent). Each plan is sold in four week
increments in which the first three weeks build with the fourth week
as a recovery week. Each week consists of 4-5 cycling workouts per
week, two strength training sessions and three core strengthening
sessions per week. There are five phases of training available- pre-
season, base, build, peak and racing.
