The Break Through Multisport Long Run Program has been developed for triathletes. The Long Run Program will meet every Thursday nights.
If you are interested in a regular Long Run,
this is the Program for you!
Long Run Program will include:

• Workouts developed for each athlete based off their A-Race(s)

• Improvements in running mechanics and economy

• Increased Aerobic Threshold
Classes will run from May to September (14 total sessions). Each workout is designed for the athlete based on your A-Race and will last anywhere from 1:00 to 2:30 and will take place throughout the Chicago Land area.
Full Package (14 Total Sessions):
1/2 Package (7 Sessions):
Session I: May - June
Session II: July - September
