The Break Through Multisport Long Run Program has been developed for triathletes. The Long Run Program will meet every Thursday nights.


If you are interested in a regular Long Run,

this is the Program for you!


Long Run Program will include:

  1. Workouts developed for each athlete based off their A-Race(s)

  2. Improvements in running mechanics and economy

  3. Increased Aerobic Threshold


Classes will run from May to September (14 total sessions). Each workout is designed for the athlete based on your A-Race and will last anywhere from 1:00 to 2:30 and will take place throughout the Chicago Land area.
