New Class schedule for 2008 announced

Spin Class-  Starting April 16th,

from 7-8 pm at Mission Bay Multisport

Come to the best cycling value in the city- $10 per class. Each workout is designed and coached by Coach Ryan, lasting approximately one hour.

Class starts Monday, April 28th at Lake Shore Park (808 N. Lakeshore Drive, at Chicago Ave.)
