WHO: ANY triathlete, cyclist, runner, endurance athlete or USA Triathlon certified coach
WHAT: USA Triathlon Approved Continuing Education Course that will cover the following topics:
Introduction to Pacing
What Factors Dictate Pacing (metabolic rate, physiology, fatigue, nutrition, etc...)
Types of Pacing (negative, all-out, positive, even, parabolic and variable)
How to Choose the Proper Pacing Strategy for Your Race.
WHEN: Saturday, March 13th from 12:00 PM to 2:15 PM.

WHY: Come to the seminar if you are interested in learning more about pacing and how it relates to swimming, cycling, running and triathlon. If you’re a USA Triathlon certified coach, the seminar counts as three (3) CEU credit from USAT!

Ryan Riell is recognized as one of the top triathlon, fitness and nutrition experts in the nation. In 2009, he was selected by USA Triathlon to attend the Elite Coaching Mentorship Program at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO in addition to being 1 of the first 15 coaches selected nationally to attend their level 2 coaching certification clinic.
