WHO: ANY triathlete, cyclist, runner, endurance athlete or USA Triathlon certified coach
WHAT: USA Triathlon Approved Continuing Education Course that will cover the following topics:
Introduction to Power Meters
Determining Functional Threshold Power (FTP)
Explanation and calculation methods of power and heart rate training intensities and
zones and how they relate to heart rate training intensities and zones
Explanation of power and heart rate racing intensities and zones and how they relate
to heart rate training intensities and zones for sprint, olympic, HIM and IM distance
races
WHEN: Saturday, December 12th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

WHY: Come to the seminar if you are interested in learning more about planning your 2010 season. If you’re a USA Triathlon certified coach, the seminar counts as two (2) CEU credit from USAT!

Ryan Riell is recognized as one of the top triathlon, fitness and nutrition experts in the nation. In 2009, he was selected by USA Triathlon to attend the Elite Coaching Mentorship Program at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO in addition to being 1 of the first 15 coaches selected nationally to attend their level 2 coaching certification clinic. Ryan is the Head Coach of Break Through Multisport
(http://www.BreakThroughMultisport.com), a national triathlon and endurance sports coaching company that is based out of Chicago, IL, that provides professional coaching for triathletes, swimmers, cyclists and runners of all levels and abilities.
