Spend a long weekend training for the SOMA Triathlon at the Official Red Rock Company SOMA Triathlon Training Camp. Hosted by Break Through Multisport, you are invited to train with like-minded athletes in a friendly environment! Whether this is your first half iron distance triathlon or your 10th, this camp is for you. Between, during and after workouts, we will teach you what you need to know in order to accomplish your racing goals!


This training camp is 4 weeks from the event, the perfect time for your last hard training weekend lead by the nationally renowned triathlon coaches of Break Through Multisport.


**USA Triathlon Coaches, this is a USAT Approved Continuing Education Course, worth an amazing 10 credits for the unbelievable low price of $250... yes, that is $25 per credit (the normal USAT Webinar cost per CEU s $34.99)! If you bring three (3) of your athletes to the camp, we will waive your entry fee, saving you $340!



We will have a bicycle mechanic at the camp to assemble your bicycle and assist with any cycling issues as they come up.


The camp will consist of several key half-iron distance specific workouts (with a wide variety of options if want more or less)

-2000-5000 yard swim workout (pool)

-Ride the actual race course

-Run the actual race course

-Ride the Ironman Arizona race course


Between workouts, athletes will attend lectures on:

- Race course and venue familiarization

- Nutrition (training and race day)

- Open Water Swimming

- Bike Maintenance 101

- Pacing Strategies

- Training and Racing with Heart Rate and Power

- Psychological Triathlon (training and racing)

  2. - Swim, bike and run testing; T-Pace, Heart Rate and Power

  3. - Running Biomechanics
