WHO: ANY triathlete, cyclist, runner, endurance athlete or USA Triathlon certified coach


WHAT: USA Triathlon Approved Continuing Education Course that will cover the following topics:

  1. Bullet    Introduction to Testing

  2. Bullet    Testing Methods (indoors and outdoors)

  3. Bullet    Calculating Functional Threshold Power (FTP), Lactate Heart Rate (LTHR) and Pace



WHEN: Saturday, April 10th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

WHY: Come to the seminar if you are interested in learning more about testing and how it will help your 2010 season. If you’re a USA Triathlon certified coach, the seminar counts as two (2) CEU credit from USAT!

Ryan Riell is recognized as one of the top triathlon, fitness and nutrition experts in the nation. In 2009, he was selected by USA Triathlon to attend the Elite Coaching Mentorship Program at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO in addition to being 1 of the first 15 coaches selected nationally to attend their level 2 coaching certification clinic. Ryan is the Head Coach of Break Through Multisport
