Today was the 3 hour ride. 30 min brick workout. I have to say, I was not too excited leaving the house, but this is one of the best rides I have had in ages. I felt strong and something that resembled fast (for me that is)...The run was not horrible either (that's a good thing). I am amazed at the progress I am seeing so far. I am looking forward to the race and then getting ready for Soma!
